New kitty cat! Outdoor stray -- what should I do?

A kitty cat has adopted me -- he is very skinny, hungry, and vocal! At first, very skiddish, but now full of love and wants constant attention and petting ... can't bring him indoor as my son is allergic and lease does not allow pets ... please send me some ideas on what to do!
