Jesus and the Holy Spirit

The Son of God came to earth and redeemed mankind on the cross. Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit to draw people to the Messiah and bring conviction over sin.

The Gospel plan is ancient, predating even the angels in eternity past. No one was privy to the details except for the Godhead. This is why Jesus said that He had to leave, so the next part of the plan could be put into effect. The Holy Spirit is omnipresent and able to live concurrently inside each Christian.

There was even more that the Son of God wanted to impart to the apostles, but they were not ready because of the pernicious Kabbalistic doctrine and the prejudicial barriers erected by the Talmud against Gentiles. It was undoubtedly frustrating trying to get redeemed sinners lined with the program of the Godhead.

The key was the “Spirit of truth,” who revealed what the early church needed to know. The Holy Spirit proved to be the best friend of Christians down through the ages.
