Message for Hollywood: Joss Whedon's days are over. Please pick up something else -- anything else! -- to use as your inspiration for emulation, because we all know that you don't have an original creative bone in your collective body.

Read a book. Some classic literature from the Times Before the Internet.
Dickinson, Thoreau, Dickens, Whitman, Poe, Byron, Hugo.... get the Whedonspeak out of your devices.

And while you're at it, dump Harry Potter and the sparkly vampires, too. There are other things in this world beside those three things you all use as creative touchstones.
