How to change an unpleasant memory?

You can not go into the past and change the past, but surely you can manage how you remember it, and if the memory is not serving you, and makes you feel unpleasant, sad or nervous, you can then change the way you remember it so that the unpleasant memory of the past doesn’t bother you and makes you feel calm, happy or just relaxed.

Remember that the best thing about the past is it’s already over. There is no need to keep repeating it if it’s not helping you.

In this video, Mayur is sharing an exercise that I call ‘Movie Music Exercise that will allow you to deal with any unpleasant memory.
On completing the Movie Music exercise, the mental code, your memory for that experience, is going to be different because you changed it deliberately.
