Sen. Lindsey Graham not calling for ‘prosecution’ of Obama but does want an ‘investigation’

Lindsey Graham (R-S.C..) says he thinks a special counsel investigation is the "best way to go” after Tulsi Gabbard declassified a 2020 report which alleged top Obama officials manufactured information related to Russian interference in the 2016 election.
