Whiskey Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches on a Blackstone Griddle

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast, butterflied
4 slices apple bacon
2 Hamburger seeded buns
1/2 c Bbq sauce
Mild white cheddar cheese, 2 slices
Mayo
Sweet Onion, sliced
Pickle chips
Tomatoes, 4 slices
Shredded lettuce
Crispy onion straws
Blackstone’s Whiskey burger seasoning
Avocado oil
Directions
1. Heat your griddle to medium-high and add a bit of avocado oil.
2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and season them generously with whiskey burger seasoning. Place the chicken on the griddle to cook.
3. On another section of the griddle, lay out the bacon strips and cook until crispy.
4. After about 5 minutes, flip the chicken. To ensure it cooks through, place a dome over it and add a splash of water to steam for a couple of minutes.
5. Once the bacon is cooked through and crispy, remove it from the griddle and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease.
6. Use the leftover bacon grease to toast your buns on the griddle for 1–2 minutes or until they’re golden and crispy.
7. Place slices of cheese on the chicken and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Let it melt while the buns finish toasting.
8. Start with a smear of mayo on the bottom bun. Stack the chicken, onions, pickles, a tomato slice, bacon, lettuce, crispy onion straws, and a final drizzle of BBQ sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
9. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your delicious homemade sandwich.
