Found Ton Of Youth tackles a newly discovered, mechanism of cell membrane damage, ferroptosis, and a discovery by Dr. Stephanie Venn- Watson, called C15 fatty acid, that prevents Fe++ induced ferroptosis. A deficiency of cellular membrane fatty acid qualities, in nutrition recommendations, (ie. low milk fat), has led to a new mechanism of cell death especially in the liver, non- alcoholic fatty liver disease. In the liver, increased red blood cell death, accumulates toxic levels of Fe++, leading to a crescendo of reactive oxygen species; Resulting in liver and pancreas destructive tissues, leading to Insulin Resistance and almost all chronic diseases that may follow. Metabolic syndrome is apparently the result of poor cell membrane qualities of fatty acids, that can be prevented by dietary C15 pentadecanoic acid, a saturated fat, found in high fat milk, butter, cream, that resists damaging cell membrane, lipid peroxidation, that ends tragically for cells as ferroptosis, a very damaging form of cell death.
