US and EU agree on 15 percent tariffs, averting transatlantic trade war

The US and European Union have agreed to a trade deal that includes a 15% tariff on European goods entering the US and significant EU investment in the US.
EU Chief Ursula Von Der Leyen travelled to Donald Trump's Scottish golf resort for the high stakes meeting - where the US President said the agreement was the “biggest deal ever reached”.
