Sometimes, it's the thought that counts, right? On Christmas, many people find themselves with gifts given from the heart that they certainly appreciate, but may want to return for something better suited to their needs. Gift givers are keeping that in mind, too. According to a recent survey by the National Retail Federation, one third of holiday shoppers say a store’s return policy is an important factor when deciding where to shop.
