Mobility Monday: The Awesome Shoulder Stretch

Many people workout and do strength and cardio training. However, I’ve noticed that many people either forgo mobility and flexibility or do very little of it. These components are essential, especially as we age. In the following weeks, we’ll be posting a mobility or flexibility movement every Monday. Enjoy!

This is The Awesome Shoulder stretch. Hold each of the 3 positions for 10-30 seconds, be sure to spread the fingers out wide and the deltoid planted to the mat.
