Video SOPs: The Great PBJ Cooking Show

If you are a business owner, Codie Sanchez said (and I would agree), "SOPs are freedom..." but video SOPs are much more than that:
They allow learning deeper and more ways than written SOPs and training ever could.
1. Trainings are often too short and new hires miss key points for countless reasons.
2. Written SOPs are one-dimensional and generally sit on shelves once they're created...going nowhere but out of date.
3. Video SOPs offer video (see), auditory (hear), and subtitle (live reading) & transcript (rereading) types of training.
4. Video SOPs can be referred back to endlessly...so the opportunity to answer, "now what was the next step?"...is as easy as hitting play.
5. Some people don't ask questions that they may have missed learning during training because they worry how that might make them look...even when the training went too fast (one & done) or the written SOP wasn't clear...video SOPs, done well can solve that.
6. A.I. can be used to analyze and improve SOPs so that they are more clear.
7. An FAQ at the end can help eliminate many of the questions, too.
