Boca Bash Chaos: Captain Busted for BUI!

Boca Bash 2024 turned criminal fast!
FWC officers stopped a boat in Palm Beach County and immediately noticed the captain showing signs of impairment. After a seated sobriety test, he was arrested and later blew a 0.085 and 0.092 for BUI.
But that was just the beginning…
🔎 During a transport search, officers found a brown powdery substance in captain’s wallet that tested positive for HEROIN and FENTANYL — two deadly street drugs. What was supposed to be a party on the water ended in handcuffs, felony charges, and drug evidence.
