The book of Revelation is prophecy—but not just isolated predictions. It carries the unified mind of the Spirit and brings together the meaning of all prophecy. In its pages, we discover the grand unity of God’s plan across time.

Revelation is, in a profound way, a return to the beginning. God’s first thoughts are also His final ones. He never wavers. He is the First and the Last—the living, unchanging One—who faithfully brings His purposes to pass according to His perfect nature.

So it’s no surprise that when we reach the end of Revelation, we find ourselves reflecting on the very beginning. But now we see the beginning through the lens of the end. And, as we study more deeply, we realize that the end was always visible from the beginning.

Through the unfolding of the ages, God’s purposes are worked out in full view. Everything falls under His sovereign hand and becomes a revelation of who He is—an unveiling of His heart to His creation.

In this way, Revelation is Genesis, expanded and glorified.

Here, in Scripture, we witness the true divine progression—not evolution as the world defines it, but God’s redemptive design unfolding from first to last. And surely, we must see the end clearly if we are ever to truly understand the beginning.

And that brings me to my book. Beyond the Cross. It is a great prerequisite to this book of Revelation. Especially the chapters on Jesus manipulating every circumstance to do his Fathers will and go to the cross at the appointed time.
He not only went to the cross to redeem all of mankind, but he went at the exact appointed time at the Passover. Was that by chance? I don’t think so.
In the same way we will see how God manipulated the devil and all the earth dwellers to his bidding so that when Jesus returns, everything is set up for him to complete the transition period we call the tribulation and set up his Kingdom on this earth for 1000 years. Glory to God!
