Tamura had a plan: Why did he walk into NFL HQ?

On July 28, in Midtown Manhattan’s financial district, 27-year-old Shane Devon Tamura — a former NFL player from Las Vegas — entered the office tower at 345 Park Avenue, causing a chaotic incident that claimed the lives of five people.
But when examined closely, his actions don’t align with someone in a mental breakdown.
Tamura said in a three-page note found in his wallet: “Study my brain”, that means he wants people to understand what NFL players go through after retirement.
