🐾 How to Assemble the Aivituvin AIR22 Catio | Step-by-Step Tutorial for Indoor Cats 🐾

In today’s video I’m walking you through exactly how I put together the Aivituvin AIR22 Cat House, a prefab catio that gives your indoor cats a safe taste of the outdoors. I first saw this on TikTok, but it’s available from several retailers including Amazon (linked below). Whether you have this exact model or something similar, the building concepts here should still help!

🛠️ What You’ll Need:
• 2 drills (one with a small drill bit, one with a Phillips driver)
• Optional: clamps for extra support
• Patience, because this takes longer than the manual claims (but yes—it is solo doable!)

📦 The box is heavy and says two people are required, but I assembled this by myself and so can you. The instructions are fairly clear, although I had to guess a few times and made some custom tweaks to get it just right for my setup. I share all of that in the video—including how I made the top tier line up with my window and fixed the roof overhang.

🌲 The catio is made of cedar, which smells amazing (at least to me as a woodworker!). My cats absolutely love it—and so does their cousin cat from next door. This setup is perfect for small yards, balconies, or apartment living. With four caster wheels (two that lock), it’s easy to move and secure.
