The Masters used to make their own pigments and paints. Over the years, we have abandoned much of their ways while using new products and pigments. In this video, Ken experiments with chrome color shift mica pigments. He also shows how to make Lamp Black (aka Mars Black), Payne's Gray, and a very ancient color of green. This is nothing like his normal feather paintings.

This feather, along with some future feathers, will be donated to a local charity for their annual auction to benefit the community. The #Christian group is called Sportsmen Given' Back. This is a group of #hunters #anglers and #outdoor sports enthusiasts who devote their time and money back into the community.

When trying to make this run of feathers, Ken's normal supplier lost his deep freeze and all his feathers. Luckily, Ken went to eBay and purchased some from a lady who is also a YouTuber.
