3AM DREAMS - Chaos, destruction and death - The Joel Prophecy, the Day of the Lord explained

If you're waking up at 3am with dreams of chaos, calamity and destruction - it's time we looked at the Biblical book of Joel for answers.

For far too long, evangelicals will quote Joel 2 - "For My Spirit will pour out on all flesh" as if it's a future event - but it's not...it started almost 2,000 years ago at Pentecost.

The challenge is this - if you keep looking forward you think you'll see clearly what you and other generations before you were building torwards - but also need to stop and asses where we've come from Biblically, to bring to remembrance God's grand architectural plans.

What if God is giving you dreams in order to engage the world around you?
What if the dreams you're having aren't for others, but instead are a call to reconnect and repent - a call from home, if you can hear clearly.

The tragedy is how many people don't fear God and it shows the moment they get online and talk about dreams of destruction like it's coming for all of us. The irony - yes, one day, we'll all meet our end and it may be amidst destruction of epic/Biblical proportions - but today is not that day.

The dreams are a way for God to get your attention and give instruction - let's learn to take them to heart together.

Let's press in and see where the Spirit leads us.

Those that have an ear, let them hear what the Lord is saying.
