🎯 Topic: Barrel Tenon & Thimble Fitting for Guide Rod Support

In this video, I demonstrate the precise installation of the barrel tenons and both front and rear thimbles on a Traditions Shenandoah .50 caliber percussion rifle. These components secure the barrel to the stock and provide proper alignment for the guide rod.

Each hole was individually measured, marked, and drilled by me (Crash Customs) to ensure exact fitment and secure retention. This process required careful alignment, tool control, and a solid understanding of the rifle’s geometry.

📏 Components installed:
• Two barrel tenons (stock lugs)
• Front thimble
• Rear thimble (guide rod support)
• Precision drilling and layout work
