Hezbollah rejects calls to disarm, says Israel must stop attacking Lebanon

The United States says the agreement that ended the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon last year is not working.
One of its provisions was that the armed group lay down its weapons.
But Hezbollah is refusing to disarm saying that first Israel must stop attacking Lebanon.
