Back in 1969, a U.S. military official testified before Congress.
He said scientists already had the tools to create synthetic viruses — and that,
“a new infective microorganism could be developed… for which no natural immunity exists.”

That same year, powerful people were already talking —
about how to manage populations…
how to control pandemics…
and how to reshape public health, not just locally, but on a global scale.

Now let’s go back to 1952.
That’s when John D. Rockefeller the Third founded something called the Population Council — meant to influence policies on health and reproduction, all over the world.

By the 1960s and 70s, the Rockefeller Foundation was working hand-in-hand with the World Health Organization…
building health systems in poorer countries —
but always with a goal in mind: centralized control over public health decisions.

Then, in 2009, the Rockefeller Foundation published a report.
It was called:
“Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.”

One of those scenarios… was called “Lock Step.”
It described a future pandemic,
