It's Time To Admit It: Black Love IS Transactional

IT'S TIME TO ADMIT THE OBVIOUS. For decades - at least going back to the mid-80s(!) - "Black Love" has been transactional. Nor has this been something put into place by the mythical Black Patriarchy either - it's been something that has been cheered on by Black women themselves. There is a tremendous degree of power many - not all, but many more than we're willing to openly admit - derive from the transactional Black Love game. And it IS a game. What do you think "finessing" is, after all? Many a brother has fallen prey to such a scheme, but it looks like times might be changing, if the rise of the Black Manosphere is any indication. Now that brothers have microphones, things have gotten very interesting, and they're making their expectations known in this Black Love transaction. What are some of those expectations?
