Hunger and starvation in Gaza are driving Palestinians to take extreme risks, in their search for something to eat.
The scale of desperation is now visible from space. Satellite photos show the size of the crowds that meet humanitarian aid trucks when they enter civilian areas.

Even while enforcing its policy of mass starvation in Gaza, the Israeli military is still bombarding the strip.
Attacks in central and northern Gaza, have killed at least 27 Palestinians since dawn on Thursday.

The little aid getting into Gaza is not enough to stop Israel's policy of starvation.
The UN humanitarian affairs agency says people are still dying of hunger and malnutrition.

Al Jazeera’s Ibrahim al-Khalili reports from Gaza City, Palestine.

More than 90 children have died from hunger in Gaza, including two on Thursday, despite Israeli claims of increased aid. Families are so desperate they risk death to reach food trucks, often coming under Israeli fire. In the past 24 hours, 91 Palestinians were killed while waiting for aid. Starvation now haunts every neighborhood. Although Israel says it is allowing more aid in, very few trucks are arriving, and many are looted by criminal gangs. UN agencies warn that only a full ceasefire can ensure aid reaches those in need. Gaza's humanitarian crisis continues to worsen.

Al Jazeera's Tariq Abu Azzoum reports from Deir el-Balah in central Gaza, on a population pushed to the brink, where hunger is weaponized and children go to bed without food.

Israeli rights group B'Tselem warns that Israel's forced displacement of Palestinians in Gaza threatens to become permanent, with nearly 90% of the population displaced at least once since the war began.
The report suggests Israel is using destruction and starvation to engineer depopulation, with almost 90% of Gaza designated as military zones or under evacuation orders.
Similar strategies are being employed in the occupied West Bank, where 40,000 Palestinians have been forced from their homes in the largest displacement since 1967.
The Israeli government's actions, including the establishment of a unit to oversee mass departures from Gaza and increased demolitions in the Negev, are raising concerns about a systematic attempt to expel Palestinians from their lands.
