Update: Hassan Halemeh pled Not Guilty to the charges. He moved to dismiss his charges on December 20, 2024. In the motion, Halemeh claimed that during his arrest, "deputies rammed his vehicle, ripped him out of the front seat of his car, proceeding to then beat him mercilessly as he lay on the pavement." His motion was denied. Eleven days later, Halemeh was charged with an additional 30 counts of Possession of C-corn. stemming from a search of his phone.

Edit: Halemeh decided to go to trial instead of a plea agreement. He was found guilty by a jury on February 2, 2025 of Human Trafficking, Use of a Two-Way Communication Device, and Traveling to Meet.

His most recent court date was April 11, 2025 for a pre-sentence hearing. The same day, Halemeh filed an appeal of his conviction.

Edit 2: he was sentenced to 15 years for human trafficking and use of 2 way charges. He is still to be sentenced for the 30 counts of C-corn

Edit 3: i noticed a lot of racism from the crowd. A pred can be anyone “as Chris proved again and again” a pred could be a doctor, a ceo, an unemployed criminal, black, white, brown, yellow, even purple in some cases, a rich person, a poor person, a politician… etc etc.
