EPA Administrator: We Will Revoke Obama-Era Endangerment Finding

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin calls in to announce a proposal to rescind the 2009 Obama-era Endangerment Finding. This finding declared that greenhouse gas emissions pose a danger to public health and welfare, enabling extensive regulations such as the Clean Power Plan and costing over $1 trillion in compliance.  The proposed rescission aims to eliminate burdensome rules, saving small businesses at least $170 billion and reducing regulatory overreach on emissions standards for vehicles and power plants.
