At night, Larry and his girlfriend are strolling down the sidewalk. All goes well until a small green creature called a Fmeck jumps onto him and opens his face, revealing an Arquillian controlling Larry. Cassandra, the girlfriend, runs away upon sight of the small creature and the Fmeck jumps into the controls and continues piloting “Larry”. At headquarters, Zed grows angry over the absence of Arquillians multiplying and calls his agents to curb the issue. The Fmeck now controls an old lady sitting on a bench who goes after the worried Arquillian. Trying to run for safety, the small guy is approached by another set of figures: Kay (now voiced by Gregg Berger) and Jay, the MIB, who come to his rescue. The boys bring the creature, named Cyrus, inside headquarters and provide him with soup after a rough night on the town. In an office, Kay teaches Jay about Fmecks and their motives: they steal Arquillians’ exosuits and unlike their pacifist enemies, are more malevolent in nature. Zed’s plan for his Arquillian issue to be quelled is to have Jay become one of those small creatures by shrinking him to small size. Now the size and height of a fun size bag of M&Ms, the agents present the small slick his exosuit. One modeled after his elementary school nurse. While inside, Jay starts to struggle with the controls and winds up flying into the kitchenette, crashing into the wall, but is then taken out into the open for a little getting used to a new environment.
