President Trump releases letters to 17 major drug and pharmaceutical companies in the United States urging them to implement Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) pricing to deliver immediate relief from high drug costs for American patients.

He demands they extend MFN pricing to Medicaid, guarantee it for new drugs, repatriate foreign revenues to lower U.S. prices, and enable direct purchasing at MFN rates by September 29, 2025.
