Who is the criminal scumbag mentioned in this video?

That is Ms. Celia A. Zahner of New York who has held a BAR CARD since 1988.

She is a HARVARD LAW SCHOOL GRAD.

Let that sink in.

She has no problem violating the Rules Of Judicial Conduct which she did, by signing her name to a letter that dismisses my VERY CLEAR and IN WRITING accusations.

From the preamble of the NY State Judicial Conduct preamble:

"The rules governing judicial conduct are rules of reason.

They should be applied consistently with constitutional requirements, statutes, other court rules and decisional law and in the context of all relevant circumstances.

The rules are to be construed so as not to impinge on the essential independence of judges in making judicial decisions."

Clearly as stated in my complaint, she and/or they, ignored constitutional requirements.

1. The municipality had no jurisdiction over me as I was not operating a motor vehicle in commerce.

2. The judge never responded to my affidavits.

3. The judge weaponized his position and threatened me.

There's so much more, but that's the meat.

It is my opinion that my claim was never seen by the committee and she made the decision to send the form letter.

I will look up every one of the people on my letter with their BAR CARD numbers and call them out for their lawless egregious rights' violations.

It is because we never hold these people accountable, that we are in the mess that we are in.
