Welcome to The Shack in the Woods Portable Sawmill Project! It's been a long time since I've milled full dimension lumber. I sold my LT-15 Wood Mizer years ago... thinking my buddy would drop by if I ever required a little saw milling, right? BUT NO... it seems all portable sawmills end up being stationary, so I ordered a WoodMizer LX-30 & while I await delivery, I have been clearing the road to the build site. I will be constructing with green lumber throughout. Join me as I cut my trees, saw the logs and build a small Shack in the Woods.
