Uncovering the Truth Behind Pandemic-era EI Denials

We’re thrilled to welcome Matthew back tonight for Part II of the EI Federal Court of Appeal (FCA) challenge. If you missed Part I, catch the replay here: https://rumble.com/v6wcssa-s4t-friday-night-zoom-july-19...

Matthew has spent over 2,000 hours on this case over three years. Since the FCA is a statutory court, he’s honed in on violations of the very laws that govern the tribunal process.

What Matthew uncovered in Part I was shocking and outrageous. One piece of evidence is that the federal government used KPMG consultants to create templated denial scripts and thus systematically rejecting legitimate claims from hard working Canadians. Ultimately outsourcing policy to a third party!

Additionally, Social Security Tribunal (SST) data shows a surge in both mandate-related EI claims (22.3%) and a denial spike from 0% to 19%. These denials were determined using the KPMG policy documents.

Don't miss what's coming next on this Friday Night Zoom!
