STRIKE FORCES are different from a Robert Mueller's styled Special Counsel. Special Counsels are extra constitutional. They have no constitutional authority and their reports can be ignored. Strike Forces on the other hand are different. Strike Forces can indict. Strike Forces can subpeona. Strike Forces can prosecute and convict. Strike Forces are most often used in taking down organized criminal networks, syndicates and their puppet judges, prosecutors and on the payroll law enforcement sheriffs.
