Walking in the Fruits of the Spirit part 1 - Understanding Our State

What are some of the punishments for sin that the Israelites of the Bible suffer that are for a sign on them even today? Who are they and is there a way for them to adjust their way of thinking and living so that the Israelites of the Bible can become new creatures in Christ and bring forth the righteous mindset and actions or fruits of the Spirit in order to be lifted out of the punishments?
