“Yamraj in Uniform?” Viral Video Shows Man Brutally Beaten with Belt Inside Police Station

A shocking video has surfaced showing a man being mercilessly beaten with a leather belt inside a police station. The victim can be seen screaming in pain, trying to escape, while the uniformed man thrashes him relentlessly. A stick is also seen nearby, indicating further threat of violence.

The video is said to be from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and has gone viral across social media, raising serious concerns over police brutality.

However, Agra Police issued a statement distancing itself, saying:

“This video does not appear to be from Uttar Pradesh Police. The belt used is not standard UP Police gear, and no UP Police monogram is visible above the nameplate.”

Despite this, the police confirmed that the video has been taken into cognizance and an investigation is underway. They assured that if the video is found to be from Agra, strict action will be taken against the accused personnel.
