Gangstalking Update

The legitimacy of the State is in question here. "The State" refers to the United States of America as a sovereign territorial entity. If the United States styles itself as a "Democracy" or a "Constitutional Republic," then to not operate according to the United Nations' statutory definitions of a Democracy or Constitutional Republic is to operate as such "in name only."

Ultimately, if a "shadow government" is in play in the United States, and that new government has not been approved by the people through an organized state-sanctioned, internationally recognized mechanism such as a vote, then that new government, and the originating government, are hereby illegal and unrecognizable. A government, is a socially accepted entity that the people go into a operational "social contract" with. The contract is simple, if you pay taxes and abide by the law, you will have access to that government's public resources including the ability to benefit from its protectionary, economic, structural, and theoretical protections.

Gang-stalking as an open-air surveillance and detainment protocol, operates with impunity as a "mobile" shadow government that has not been debated upon by Congress or the people. The very existence of this program is a misgiving in the political process, constitutionality, and the rule of law.

Repeal gangstalking now, allow the President the power of the line-item-veto, defund its programs, or explain it to the American people, and allow them to vote on its existence.

My comments on sociopolitical matters are the sum of at least nine years of having experienced heightened levels of clandestine Gangstalking in Dayton, Ohio, Northeast Ohio, and Southern Florida. Although I say nine years definite, the number is more likely twenty-five years, going back to 2001, and possibly 30 years going back to 1995. In 2001 and 1995, the technology, signalling mechanisms, and causes for gangstalking were less advanced than they are now, so I likely would not have noticed instances of Gangstalking, particularly intermittent instances back then.

I would like to report to the world, new developments in my gangstalking campaign. I have found out through the street theater mechanism that my gangstalking campaign may have began when I was as young as ten years of age. This would have been 1995, the same year that the Internet became commercially available to the general public via companies such as America Online and various other dial-up web services. Technology was not as sophisticated then as it is today, and the stalkers themselves likely didn't have the access to me that they do today because of it (GPS).
My "handlers" the federal liaisons that direct thuggish, criminally insane, and insane halfwits to my exact location using a phenomenally stupid signalling mechanism that I have exposed to the world just to show its ineptitude, disruptiveness, and politically thuggish auspices.
I have described gangstalking as "monkey business" and for good reason at that. Gangstalking is regional in nature. The gangstalkers themselves come from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, and regardless of their country, nation of origin, occupation, and motivations for participation, they are thugs. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the primates have overrun the control station.
I have had, over the past three months a slew of obviously undercover operatives, many of which act like escaped convicts in their aloof, thuggish, and sloppy demeanor and operation. I suspect that the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice sent these people to me for no reason other than to participate in the thuggery, instigating disruption, and to gather "character reports" on me, although I believe that these reports are likely misshapen, poorly conceived and error-laden acts of political thuggery.
I heard that one of these undercover officers was killed here in Miami while attempting to infiltrate a human trafficking scheme. I gathered this data from the street theater mechanism which offers in an insane way "messages" to the targeted individual being monitored.
This shows that undercover operatives are not safe while doing their jobs and are simultaneously participating in gangstalking, which is a criminally negligent homicidal disruption tactic.
I also suspect that the Cuban government, which for all intents and purposes is a Client State to Russia and China, has extensive operations in Miami, FL, which is only about 100 miles away from the Cuban state.
