There are so many things we are being asked to release now. Here Tosca & I discuss this process & share important practices for letting go.

LETTING GO PRACTICES:
Reflective Questions for Letting Go
1. What am I holding onto that feels heavy or stagnant right now?
2. Why am I still holding onto this?
3. How does holding onto this affect my body, mind, heart, or spirit?
4. What am I afraid might happen if I truly let this go?
5. What might be possible if I did let this go?
6. Who am I becoming without this attachment?
7. What small step can I take today to loosen my grip on this?
8. What or who can support me in this process of release?
9. What do I want to invite in to take its place?
10. How can I honour the part of me that needed this in the past - and thank it for its service?

"May I release with grace what no longer serves,
May I trust the empty spaces,
May I open my heart to all that is waiting to bloom.”

■ EFT Tapping Sequence for Letting Go
A Sacred Practice with the Energy of Goddess Dhumavati
Use this sequence when you’re ready to release emotional heaviness, tension, or old patterns.
Breathe deeply and gently tap each point 5–7 times.
1. Set Your Intention
“I am ready to let go of…” (e.g., grief, fear, pressure, resentment)
2. Karate Chop Point (Side of Hand)
Repeat 3x: “Even though I’m holding onto this [feeling/thought],
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
3. Tapping Points:
■ Eyebrow: “This feeling I’m holding onto…”
■ Side of Eye: “It’s time to release it.”
■ Under Eye: “I’ve carried this long enough.”
■ Under Nose: “I acknowledge it with compassion.”
■ Chin: “I give myself permission to let it go.”
■ Collarbone: “It’s safe to let this go now.”
■ Under Arm: “Letting go with ease and love.”
■ Top of Head: “I open to peace, release, and freedom.”
4. Pause and Breathe
Place both hands over your heart.
Inhale peace. Exhale what’s no longer needed.
5. Optional Closing Affirmations:
“I am free to move forward with grace.”
“I trust the wisdom of release.”
“I honour what was and embrace what’s next.”

Medyhne’s Handout on FREEING YOURSELF
“In May 1953, our family arrived as refugees in America. We brought along five
children, several sacks of old clothes, some tools and featherbeds all packed in a tin bathtub. I thought that we had to start out like the old settlers in the wilderness and I wanted to be sure my children got a bath once a week. I did not know that America was so highly civilised.
Once we settled down, my husband, an engineer, found work and I went house
cleaning. Something was bothering me. Every night, night after night, I was reliving the past. The nights of terror, the bombing, the hopelessness, the uncertainty if my husband would return from captivity in Russia. I was exhausted in the morning. I felt my health slipping. My first cousin was a psychiatrist in Milwaukee and I asked her what to do about it. She gave the following advice:

Take a paper and pen. Every night when you are alone, sit down
and write out what you experienced. Don’t read it over. Put the
writing in a drawer. Next morning read and burn it. Do this for a
week or until you have nothing to report to yourself.

I started that very evening. After a week, I was free. I was free from the old stuff that was hindering me to start a new life. Every morning when I reread the written notes, it was like a fictional story.
I went back to my cousin and thanked her and asked, ‘Elizabeth, how did this work?
Why did this work? I have tried so many things, but this worked.’
She answered ‘as you speak your troubles out, they become larger, bigger,
tremendous, voluminous in size, but when you write it out, read it and the next day burn it, it takes on a different dimension. It is out of your brain; it is out of every cell of your body and you are free and can stay well.’

Thank you forever, Elizabeth. I have given this formula to many, many troubled
people, and every time it works. Free yourself from the old pattern and you can open yourself to new and better experiences. My health returned in one week and so will yours. Try it.
This knowledge is particularly important after a painful divorce. Make yourself free from a terrible nightmare of guilt and start anew. It is often the case that when men and women remarry, they find themselves in the same situation that they left behind.
Why is this so? It is because they did not free themselves. The way it was shown to me above, is the surest way to success.
