Activists banged pots and chanted slogans like "Stop starving Gaza" and "Never again for anyone," symbolizing famine conditions worsened by Israel's blockade.

The protest follows the Senate's rejection of a resolution by Bernie Sanders to halt weapons transfers to Israel, sparking outrage among progressives and human rights groups.

Thousands of Palestinians have reportedly murdered from starvation alone, in Gaza.
