04 Self-sufficiency – Food

To be self-sufficient in food, you may not depend on paying for it, or any outside entity to supply it to you. As you should not ask for permission to breathe, drink, or speak; you should not have to pay to be able eat. I believe access to food to be a human right, therefore it should not be limited by your ability to pay. Even for high quality foods. Here, I present this logic and your options on how to grow food and farm animals for food; all for free.
