I am Joseph Budner Elad, writing of how there has been a profound and continual effort to sabotage and steal my innovations, intellectual property and technologies leading to my wife’s and my home of 39 years and belongings seized and destroyed by a weaponized judicial system for the benefit of the Deep State Government, Silicon Valley Tech Manipulators and Banksters.
I am an innovator, scientist and entrepreneur. I founded multiple technology companies since the middle of the 1980s. I have been working in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a researcher, inventor and entrepreneur since the early 1980s.
I was involved as a primary researcher in the 1980s in a pioneering joint DuPont / Foxboro (now Invensys) AI project to automate and improve chemical process control.
I was leading as an entrepreneur and technologist a breakthrough work with Simon & Schuster on a Natural Processing (NLP) interface for MS-DOS in the 1980s.
I was the key leader and entrepreneur in a multi-year project with IBM to develop an Object Oriented Spreadsheet with Automated Optimization inspired by AI pioneer Herbert Simon in the 1990s.
In the early 2000s I founded Quantum Leap Innovations (which means ‘Disruptive Innovations’), assembled a team from all around the US to the unlikely high-tech location of Delaware. Much of our work was with DARPA and other governmental agencies due to our cutting-edge technology.
Quantum Leap Innovations made very significant breakthroughs in intelligent computing and AI, including the Intelligent Portal Engine (which applies to ALL intelligent devices, like mobile phones, smart speakers, smart watches, etc.) that was acquired by Intellectual Ventures which represented most of Silicon Valley. Later I learned that Intellectual Ventures goal was to suppress inventors’ ability to benefit from their inventions and innovations under false pretense of marketing it and collecting royalties. In fact, they were eliminating any competition or legal threat to firms like Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. The innovators and inventors ended up with the result of NIL royalties.
We also innovated in the area of Machine Learning with two incredible concepts which were documented in patents filed in the early 2000s, one of which is the Knowledge Extraction Engine (KEE) that is one of the key reasons for this affidavit and to which we will return shortly, but first more about Quantum Leap Innovations and its achievements.
Quantum Leap Innovations has worked in both the public and private sector. Our public sector work includes a dozen years of continuous, advanced R&D engagements with the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as engagements with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Intelligence Community.

We worked with DARPA, iARPA, HSARPA and the Office of Naval Research on leading edge programs in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Human Cognition, Distributed Intelligent Agents, Human Health, and Advanced Analytics.

Quantum Leap Innovations created a cutting edge modeling and simulation system called Gryphon which was utilized early in the first Obama administration by the US Northern Command (working hand in hand daily with its Surgeon General) to respond to the Swine Flu potential pandemic.
The lack of ability by US various states, big cities and even HHS regional offices to understand what was happening at that time and how to respond led me to decide to put that system in the “cloud” and make it available FREE to all state and city officials. This scared the Deep State and that led to John Brennan (then at the White House as Deputy National Security Advisor before moving to the CIA as its director) to make certain all our funding was stopped.
Around 2010, Quantum Leap Innovations was cut off from Federal Funding by Deep State John Brennan.
Looking back now, they never would have been able to execute the 2019-2020 COVID scam if Gryphon was available for use for all state and city (and individuals) because everyone could see what was going on.

Obviously, there was a collusion with Silicon Valley and Wall Street as despite our DEEP bench of intellectual property and technologies NO one would provide ANY funding to Quantum Leap Innovations at that time.
Since then, my wife and I have been attacked by a weaponized judicial system with NO Claim. Our home and all its contents were SEIZED in 2023 putting my wife and I on the street with NOTHING. The destruction of all my documents and intellectual property has harmed so many.
The Foreclosure and Seizure by State of Delaware Judges and New Castle County Sheriffs and Police is "covered up" by the Federal Delaware District Court and the Third Circuit Appellate. Currently, all of this information is by Writ of Habeas Corpus with the United States Supreme Court.
But let’s get back to the focus of this affidavit, the Knowledge Extraction Engine (KEE) documented in US Patent 7,480,640 - Automated method and system for generating models from data · Issued Jan 20, 2009
“The present invention relates to a scaleable automatic method of using multiple techniques to generate models and combinations of models from data and prior knowledge. The system provides unprecedented ease of use in that many of the choices of technique and parameters are explored automatically by the system, without burdening the user, and provides scaleable learning over distributed processors to achieve speed and data-handling capacity to satisfy the most demanding requirements.”

The Provisional Patent for the Knowledge Extraction Engine (KEE) was filed in 2003. Shortly thereafter via our collaborators at the Potomac Institute, which created the CIA’s venture fund InQTel, we made a contact with a retired 2 Star US Army Intelligence Officer who invited us to present the technologies to InQTel and others at the CIA Headquarters in Langley. I do not know the exact date as all the company records were DESTROYED by the SEIZURE of our property. However, I recall that it was sometime in 2004 as I learned later that the CIA was in discussions at that time in 2004 and funded a “data mining” company named Palantir Technologies in Silicon Valley.

I have NO doubt that Palantir has been exposed to everything we presented to the CIA and that our intellectual property was subsequently used in the development of their technologies.

The Knowledge Extraction Engine (KEE) is about an Automated method and system for generating models from data, it applies to ALL work in Machine Learning which is a key component of the technologies used daily by companies including Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Oracle, Financial Firms (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Banks) and any business that is building models from data (ie. Machine Learning) and, of course, Palantir.
BUT, the Knowledge Extraction Engine (KEE) US Patent 7,480,640 is also extremely relevant to the “The Modern AI Revolution and the Birth of Large Language Models (LLMs)”.
AI has evolved from rule-based systems up to gigantic systems called Large Language Models (LLMs) that can generate human-like text. It is changing the industries linked with customer service, content generation, code writing, and research, with huge potential in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and robotics.
The AI revolution gained momentum in 2011 with Google Brain, which leveraged Big Data and Deep Learning for advanced language processing.
The Deep Learning era took off in 2018 with BERT, which enhanced context understanding in sentences. OpenAI’s GPT series (2018-2024) transformed AI-powered text generation, while platforms like Meta’s LLaMA made open-source LLMs widely accessible, shaping the future of AI-driven applications.

What are LLMs?

Answer: a Large Language Model (LLM) is a (VERY) Large Model generated from Data (been trained with tremendous amounts of textual data to understand and generate responses that sound like human beings).

These LLMs models generated from (vast amount) of data are ALL an Automated method and system for generating models from data.
