Illegals at The Public Aid Office on the Westside of Chicago

Every Morning at 7:30 am on North Ave. & California on the Westside of Chicago, this long line wraps around the building of the Public Aid Office.
It has always been a big crowd, but THIS TIME that crowd of illegal is 2 times larger.
