The Televised State Funded Elderly Abuse of Gary Busey

This is the televised State funded elder abuse of Gary Busey in real time.

Watch, as an 81 year old Busey, who's accused of inappropriately touching the buttocks of an adult female while taking a photo together during a meet and greet session at a horror film festival in New Jersey 3 years ago, is told he is pleading guilty, says he's not pleading guilty, and then is told again that yes he is, and then changes his answer. And, just for clarification, and or to establish intent, the prosecution then asks for a factual finding and basis for the guilty plea on record. And, it's during that questioning, Busey gives his account of what happened. That's when the judge clearly states that that's not a guilty plea. But, Gary held his ground, and stated that what he's testifying to is exactly what happened. None of Busey's account of what happened was an admission of guilt, let alone a crime, a fact that was even acknowledged by the judge. However, the court decided to proceed and move on with the guilty plea anyways. Sentencing is set for September 18th at 9am EST.

This was a clear and obvious televised coercion of an 81 year old man for what I believe, based on Gary's testimony, was an honest accident. The fact that the judge acknowledged the fact that someone else, off camera, was instructing Busey on how to answer, and that what he testified wasn't a guilty plea, an admission of guilt, or even a crime, should have been enough to, at the very least, to end today's session, let Gary and his lawyer get together and discuss the case and proceedures, figure out what they want to do, and then reconvene with the courts at a later date. But, instead, they chose to continue with the proceedings. This is absolutely incomprehensible.

This easily could be viewed from a legal standpoint as a form of financial elder abuse, as the supposed victim will most likely get paid via restitution, and the state of New Jersey will get paid in the form of fines and any other charges/expenses that arise from the probation costs he most likely will receive. This is a clear form of a financial scam of a wealthy elderly individual who did nothing wrong, as was even alluded to by the judge. However, the way our legal system is set up today, it clearly not only allows for this type of State funded corruption, but it actively welcomes it.

Even the court TV commentators were amazed that this was allowed to continue and not postponed due to an unknown third party instructing Gary on how to answer.

The only reason the courts get away with shit like this, is because we, the people, allow it. We can't continue on like this, something needs to get done. We need a major overhaul of our legal system, and we needed it a decade ago.
