BLOOM

I was a seed in the deep, cold ground,
Lost in the dark, no light around.
But the rain fell soft, and the sun came through,
And I found the strength to start anew.

Every tear became my rain,
Every trial eased the pain.
Now I rise, I face the sky,
Let my colors come alive.
