Is this nuts at 6:30 AM in a national wildlife preserve?

Recorded 6/22/2025 in Ten Thousand Islands, FL.

Asking for a friend. Not what I was expecting to see this early when I got there. Normally Manatees sleep right in that area and tons of shore birds. Tell me you don’t care about wildlife without telling me you don’t care about wildlife.
