Book Reviews: Cold as Hell

This weeks #bookoftheweek is Cold as Hell: Black Badge I by Rhett C. Bruno and Jaime Castle. The accompanying #cocktail comes from an old book, published in 1941, called Here's How. No link since I'm pretty sure the book is out of print, but this version of the oldest cocktail calls for:
1 jigger of Bourbon or Scotch
Splash of Absinthe
Splash of Italian Vermouth
Few Splashes of Peychaud's bitters.

This is a fun book from the Weird West genre that could easily be a pre-cursor to Supernatural, I half expected to see the famous Colt pistol. I loved every minute of this book and then got it on audible so I could make the Husband listen to it and talk about it with me.
