GIGOT: “Turning to the Democrat to do not seem to be getting much benefit from what ever the president’s decline or questions about him performing on certain issues. Why can’t they seem to be getting any traction? Is that because of the Biden hangover is that dominant in the public’s mind?”

ROVE: “I think it is. Also they don’t have effective leadership Schumer and Jeffries have just not been effective in finding hard to get their footing against the Trump Administration. Of course this is normal a party that loses the White House particularly if they thought he was going to win finds itself in the kind of situation they are. But let’s not kid ourselves yes the Democrats are thought badly. People can still vote for a party they consider, they are not very hip on their more antagonistic to the party in power. Think about this I hate to say at CNN poll, 72% of Democrats say they were extremely motivated to vote in the midterms. The number for Republicans, 50%. Now, it’s always easier to be against something then for something the administration’s got to find a way to articulate what it is doing and a way that causes people to be enthusiastic and turn out to vote for the status quo because as sure as the sun comes up in the morning the party out of power is going to find a way to motivated motiv to vote against the things that are happening and vote for change.”
