Occam’s Razor Gardening, Cooking & Canning Ep 74

Welcome. A squash got away from me, grew too big, into the size of a melon. Tossed it into the compost pile.

Still scraping off beetle eggs off the squash leaves and the beans are low producers, still only a handful for supper with fries again from the first potato harvest. I think I will be dry preserving some potatoes this year.

The carrots are healthy and I’ve been blessed with an ongoing crop of squashes through-out the boxes.

The front pumpkin plant may not survive my attempt to get it to vine further down from the vine bore attack.

Butch’s colours are brlliant.
