This one's a doozy, in terms of time, lol, sorry guys! I hope it will help you though! This one we are focusing heavily on self-love, the love of the self. And not just the love of our seperate, little, egoic, finite self but the true self. Transparent, ever-present awareness, or a synonym we learn, pure, unadulterated, unconditioned love. The ULTIMATE pointer, aid we have as a whole is the "I am". If you are ever lost in life just trace yourself back to and through the "I am". If the North Star is for the physical world then the "I am" is the "North Star" of the emotional, mental and spiritual world(s). See in the east the "I am" is serious (sincere) bussiness and in the west not so much, but even the bible says, God's name is revealed when "he" says: "I AM WHO I AM" and "I AM has sent me to you". Sooo, yeah, the "I am" is pretty important, imo, and the funny part that we never realize is, it's the name WE ALL use for ourselves, all the time, in everyday speech. "I..." or "I am....". Imagine two people introducing themselves like that, lmao. "Hello, I am who I am, it's nice to meet you." "Oh, how very wonderful. I too, am who I am, and it's so very nice to meet you too". 🤣🤝😂 That's the sorta thing I think about lol. But, yeah, then the power of now, re-centering ourselves in the "I am", HERE and NOW...ya know what I mean?...lol. When we learn the truth about the self and practice self-love we are learning to love the other(s) too. And then we go out into the world and practice seeing the self in the other and the other in the self. We are one, people, we are one truly. In colloquial speech of course 😉 lol this is a non-dualistic/idealistic world not a materialistic world and when we say "one", seriously, well then one implies two, implies three, implies four, implies five, etc, etc, etc, so we just say non-dual (not-two) for convenience and truth's sake. But yes, for easy speech's sake, one love, and Bob Marley for ever yo, no doubt! lol 💙💚🧘‍♂️🙏
