Windy Crow-ZZ (F-Zero GX Custom Machines)

You will need the Blood Raven, Windy Shark, and Extreme-ZZ parts. This will not be possible to build unless you have access to the Special Parts.

If one is seeking to recreate the Moon Shadow in regular F-Zero GX, this is the closest you'll get...in physical appearance. In actual races, it's pretty tight, and not very nimble. But in spite of that, it handles far closer to the Little Wyvern (not so much in the air, though).

As for taking damage, it's not the best at durability. Strategies that require mines can be costly for this Machine.

A somewhat similar Custom Machine is the Windy Crow-88.
