Dianne's Fudge Brownies

Ingredients :
• (6) 1oz squares, Unsweetened Chocolate
* 1 cup Butter, divided in half
* 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
* 3 Eggs
* 2 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
* One cup Oat Flour
* Half teaspoon Salt
* One cup, Walnuts, chopped (optional)
* Coconut Oil spray or Tallow spray

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Melt chocolate with 1/2 cup of the butter. Add vanilla and stir to blend. Allow to cool.
3. The remaining 1/2 cup butter with eggs and brown sugar. Add cooled chocolate and blend well.
4. Fold in flour, salt and walnuts.
5. Butter, a 9 x 13” baking pan or spray it with coconut oil or tallow spray. Then pour the mixture into the pan.
6. Bake approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
