Arthur is addressing the stigma on men's mental health share this to someone who you think might need to hear this message. we have to end this stigma its okay for men to not be okay and they need a safe place where they can talk about anything without being judged so many men kill themselves daily amd no one seems to care about that did you know that each year 4,000 suicide deaths in are in Canada, close to 75% are men think about that 75% thats is insane so please share this, like this repost this.... it just might save someone's life today
