Shaked or Sheker: Who started the fight and who's behind it?

On April 30, 2024, Shaked Tsurkan, an Israeli immigrant, picked a fight with a girl in a pink shirt at Leo Hayes High School. The fight was widely reported by media as a hate crime by the hijabi girl, a Shia of Middle Eastern ethnicity, who purportedly attacked Shaked for no reason but her (Ukrainian) race and religion. This case shows how, despite the presence of dozens of witnesses and CCTV footage, the school administration, courts, media, politicians and Major Crimes Unit spoliated the evidence and wasted public money to falsely prosecute the hijabi and spread lies and hate propaganda. This case provides significant insight on how the aforesaid institutions really operate behind closed curtains. It shows, for example, how nothing—certainly not laws—compel authorities to do anything. To the contrary, they use laws as an excuse to do whatever they want. Indeed, the only part of “law enforcement” that registers with its agents is “force”; the sole beneficiaries being the agents themselves, as well as jurists who profit from moot procedures, politicians who use it to gain votes, journalists who sell stories and political organizations who rely on such cases to collect donations. This case also shows how authorities can be—and often are, if the political climate allows—racist and bigoted liars and hatemongers who would destroy, manipulate or suppress evidence to achieve their goals. In this case, one can see how the parties lied to turn a high school tussle into a religious conflict to invoke political lobbies masquerading as “religious charities” like B’nai Brith and the National Council of Canadian Muslims to blindly advocate for them at donors’ expense on the pretext it is an “Islamic” or “Jewish” cause. Yet, the cause of the fight—namely, jealousy over a boyfriend—not only offends Jewish and Islamic religious norms, but was always staring everyone in the face. What is more: Shaked’s parents, who pretend not to be politicized or Islamophobic, supported Netanyahu and the Kach party, which is a listed terrorist entity under the Criminal Code. Yet, the courts, police, politicians, media, B’nai Brith and NCCM covered this up. What is worse is that the stepfather of the girl who lent her pink hoodie to the hijabi and started the fight with Shaked is a friend of Rabbi Yosef Goldman, who contacted B’nai Brith to smear the Muslim community; see “A letter from Muslim and Jewish leaders in Fredericton” (4 Dec 2023) Christ Church Cathedral. In this letter, he pretends to be a Muslim leader, which he is not. In fact, respectable members of the Muslim community attested that he is a heretic who rejected Hadith and claimed the Qur’an prescribes only three daily prayers with one standing like modern orthodox Judaism. It is finally worth noting that the NCCM operates under the Law Society, which is a Zionist organization. The Law Society has access to all their information and can threaten litigation against the NCCM or the careers or reputations of its lawyers through its agents or officials if they disobey it or go against the ‘script’, irrespective of the ‘rules’ they invent and interpret. The NCCM is thus effectively a Zionist agent that seeks to create, control and promote a Zionist-friendly Islam and presents a form of controlled-opposition irrespective of what it thinks of itself. All of its lawyers pay significant fees to the Law Society as well, which is the ultimate beneficiary that also controls their behavior and admission. It’s not as if they represent or empower an Islamic authority or state, the way Zionists do with Israel.
