Testosterone Race and Crime

I still say that racism and poverty play a role, I don't care what the studies say. At the very least poverty ALWAYS creates crime. Now whether it's huge violent crime, probably not, but if you grow up hungry and angry, I don't care what race you are, you will most probably start lashing out. Insecurity and deep seeded anger have to be addressed.
